Steps to make 玫瑰花礼盒

  • 1.准备材料:低粉过筛,蔓越莓干表面滚低粉备用,蛋黄蛋白分离。
  • 2.蛋黄加20克细纱糖用打蛋器打发至浓稠,体积变大颜色变浅。
  • 3.蛋白分三次添加60克细纱糖打发至中性发泡
  • 4.取1/3蛋白到蛋黄糊混合
  • 5.将步骤4的蛋糊倒入剩下的蛋白霜内切拌均匀
  • 6.分两次筛入低粉,翻拌均匀。
  • 7.拌好的蛋糊
  • 8.取小部分蛋糊与色拉油混合
  • 9.将步骤8的蛋糊与剩下的蛋糊混合
  • 10.沾了粉的蔓越莓干倒入蛋糊内,搅拌2下即可。
  • 11.倒入模具内,放入已经预热烤箱。
  • 12.烤箱170度20分钟
  • 13.总共烤了21杯
  • 14.淡奶油加入细纱糖和少量红色素打发
  • 15.打好的淡奶油装入裱花袋用2D裱花嘴装饰
  • 16.把裱花的杯子蛋糕摆入心形盒内
  • 17.用鲜花装饰
  • 18.美美的
  • 19.撕开蛋糕纸
  • 20.用刀从中间切开
  • 21.把底部的蛋糕盖子奶油花上
