Steps to make 香椿鱼儿

  • 1.香椿取嫩芽部分洗净沥干。
  • 2.入沸水中焯烫至颜色变绿后立即捞出,用凉水冲净后轻轻攥干水分。
  • 3.鸡蛋液加盐、面粉、适量水调成鸡蛋糊。
  • 4.将香椿芽裹上蛋糊,锅中油烧至6成热,将香椿芽依次投入锅中。
  • 5.待稍微定型后翻面,炸至金黄色焦脆捞出,控油即可食用。
