Steps to make 蔓越莓马芬蛋糕---简单快手的蛋糕

  • 1.材料集合图。黄油提前软化。低筋面粉和泡打粉、香草精混合,过筛备用。
  • 2.手动打蛋器蛋散黄油。
  • 3.加入细砂糖,打至膨发。
  • 4.鸡蛋馅打散成蛋液,分次少量加入黄油中,每次搅打完全融合再加下一次。
  • 5.搅拌好的黄油糊细腻顺滑,加入一半面粉和一半牛奶,翻拌均匀。再加入剩下的一半面粉和牛奶翻拌均匀。
  • 6.拌好的面糊。
  • 7.加入切碎的蔓越莓干。
  • 8.翻拌均匀,用汤匙装入蛋糕纸杯,7分满。表面可再用蔓越莓干点缀。送入预热180度的烤箱中层,上下火,烤20分钟左右。
  • 9.蛋糕表面上色均匀,用牙签插入干爽即熟。
