莲藕的营养价值很高,具有消食止泻,开胃清热,滋补等功效,而排骨含有大量的蛋白质和骨胶原以及磷酸钙,对强筋壮骨很有帮助。莲藕排骨汤不但有润肠道,清热消痰、补血养颜的功效,而且还能够有效的健脾胃,是秋冬之季很好的一款汤,适合经常食用。

Steps to make 健脾开胃—莲藕排骨汤

  • 1.准备好材料。
  • 2.锅中加水,放入姜片和葱白。
  • 3.水开以后放入洗净的排骨焯去血水。
  • 4.焯好水的排骨用清水洗净,控水。
  • 5.砂锅中加入足量清水,放入2片姜,倒入排骨。
  • 6.盖上盖子烧至水开以后转中小火炖半小时。
  • 7.把莲藕切成滚刀小块。
  • 8.半小时以后,把莲藕加入排骨汤中。
  • 9.盖上盖子,继续再炖一小时。出锅前加入食盐调味即可。
