  • 1. Wash and cut off the head, tail, and gills of the fish.
  • 2. Cut the fish meat along the spine of the fish.

  • 11. Heat the oil in the pot and add the fish chunks when it is 60-70% hot.
  • 12. Take out the fish when it floats.
  • 13. Continue to heat up the crude oil, and when it is 70% hot, add the pre fried fish and fry again.
  • 14. When frying until the outer skin is golden and crispy, remove and control the oil.
