金枪鱼沙拉酱蛋糕卷
感谢美天垂青,很高兴得到丘比试用产品的试用。今天休息,一大早就起来用金枪鱼沙拉酱做了蛋糕卷,真的好吃,这是第一次吃到金枪鱼口味的沙拉酱,入口一股浓浓的金枪鱼味道,好吃极了,出乎意料。。。。

  • 低粉200克
  • 玉米油50克

Steps to make 金枪鱼沙拉酱蛋糕卷

  • 1.把各种材料称重备用。
  • 2.把鸡蛋打到盆里,加白糖。
  • 3.用打蛋器搅打。搅打到拿起打蛋器滴落时痕迹不容易消失时,就好了。
  • 4.加入50克玉米油,搅拌均匀,再筛入面粉。分三次筛入,每一次,翻拌好以后再筛入下一次。
  • 5.最后再加入10克沙拉酱,拌匀。
  • 6.把蛋糊倒入铺了油纸的烤盘上,使劲震几下,使大的气泡震出。
  • 7.放入烤箱,中层上下火180度25分钟,就烤好了。
  • 8.拿出放凉,用刀从中间剖开,成两片。
  • 9.拿出其中一片,挤上金枪鱼口味的沙拉酱。
  • 10.用勺子抹平。
  • 11.卷起来,放一会,定型。
