豆豉蒸排骨

  • 生粉1勺

  • 鸡精2克
  • 生抽1勺
  • 老抽几滴
  • 花生油2勺

Steps to make 豆豉蒸排骨

  • 1.肋排斩成小块。
  • 2.放入清水中泡浸五分钟,再清洗两遍去除血水。
  • 3.姜切末、蒜切末、豆豉剁碎备用。
  • 4.排骨挤干水份,加入少许盐、鸡精、生抽,几滴老抽抓匀腌制十分钟。
  • 5.锅内加底油,下姜末、蒜末、豆豉炒香,盛出备用。
  • 6.将步骤5中的辅料加入排骨中拌匀。
  • 7.加入一小勺生粉、两勺花生油抓匀。
  • 8.将排骨均匀的摆放在盘子,撒上几粒红椒段。
  • 9.烧里烧开水,放入排骨上盖,大火蒸4分钟再转小火蒸8分钟。
  • 10.成品图。
