葡萄干奶香吐司

  • 鸡蛋2个(留少许鸡蛋液刷面)

  • 酵母6g

Steps to make 葡萄干奶香吐司

  • 1.除黄油外,把主料的其他材料放入面包机揉面一个程序,然后放入软化的黄油再揉一个程序(共40分钟)。
  • 2.揉出光滑的面团。
  • 3.两个程序揉出薄膜。
  • 4.发酵至2倍大。(面包机里完成。)
  • 5.拿出按压排气,分6等份,松驰15-20分钟。
  • 6.取一小面团,擀开。
  • 7.折叠。
  • 8.再擀成长条,宽度与模具同宽。
  • 9.放上葡萄干。
  • 10.卷起来。
  • 11.排放在450克的模具里。
  • 12.三次发酵至8分满,刷上鸡蛋液。
  • 13.放入预热好的烤箱,350华氏度(摄氏180度)烤40分钟,中途盖上锡箔纸防上色过深。
  • 14.出炉放凉。
  • 15.成品图。
  • 16.柔软拉丝,非常好吃。
