  • 1.准备材料。
  • 2.鸡腿洗净凉水入锅,大火烧开中火炖十五分钟左右关火,焖三分钟捞出控水放凉备用。确认鸡腿熟了没,可以用筷子插一下,轻松插透有清水冒出、没有血水就是熟了。
  • 3.小米辣切圈、大蒜切末、香菜切段,柠檬切几片剩下的一会儿挤出汁液拌到鸡丝里。
  • 4.把小米辣、大蒜末、香菜、柠檬放到一个碗里,按个人口味加生抽、醋、蚝油、糖调匀,挤上一些柠檬汁调成拌菜汁备用,我个人喜欢调成偏酸口味的。生抽、蚝油都很鲜咸所以这道菜不需要放盐也不需要放鸡精。
  • 5.鸡腿放凉后手撕成丝。
  • 6.把调好的拌汁浇在鸡腿丝上、拌匀就大功告成了。
