  • 1.排骨放盐腌制入味、蒜苗、笋干泡发后,已用电压力锅煮至软绵。
  • 2.蒜苗切段,准备葱和姜。
  • 3.锅中放水,放入笋干炖煮。
  • 4.起锅热油,爆香葱姜。
  • 5.放入排骨翻炒。
  • 6.炒至水分收干,表面泛黄。
  • 7.放入生抽、老抽、料酒、蚝油、胡椒粉入味。
  • 8.将排骨铲入笋干锅内一起炖煮。
  • 9.中小火炖40分钟。
  • 10.放入蒜苗。
  • 11.蒜苗熟后,放入鸡精调味即可出锅。
  • 12.成品。依然还能吃到春天的味道。
