Steps to make 全蛋纸杯蛋糕

  • 1.第一步:5个鸡蛋加入细砂糖和盐放入干净、无水无油的打蛋盆里。手持打蛋器,隔温水38--40度来打发至5分钟。 搅拌至颜色变成乳白,捞起后在表面画“8”不会立即消失就可以了。
  • 2.第二步:分三次筛入低粉。(每次都等大致拌匀了再加粉。)然后用刮刀从底部轻轻翻拌,拌成均匀无颗粒的面糊。
  • 3.取一个碗,取部分面糊,加入牛奶和玉米油伴均匀,最后倒入面糊中,从底部往上拌均匀。
  • 4.将面糊倒入漏斗中。
  • 5.然后倒入纸杯中,倒八分满即可。
  • 6.放入烤盘中,最后放入格兰仕42升烤箱,上下火160度,烘烤30分钟,每家烤箱品牌大小,不一样所设置的温度和时间不一样。
