自制坛子酸白菜

Steps to make 自制坛子酸白菜

  • 1.白菜洗净切成图上形状。
  • 2.锅烧开水,放入白菜潮水。
  • 3.白菜里外均匀抹薄薄一层盐
  • 4.白菜捞出,拧掉水,里外均匀抹薄薄一层盐
  • 5.姜切丝或丁
  • 6.整齐将白菜码入坛子里,每一层都洒上干辣椒粉和姜丝。分口处用塑料膜密封用橡皮筋扎紧,盖上盖子,盖子周围的槽内注满凉开水。
  • 7.放入阴凉处备用。冬天一般4、5天左右就酸了。如果喜欢吃酸的可以放得时间更久一点。不过我是第二天就拿出来炒肉吃了。味道很不错!
