酸脆萝卜皮
吃白萝卜时,是不是很多时候把萝卜皮都扔了?萝卜皮扔了实在是太可惜了,萝卜皮不仅营养成分不比萝卜肉少,而且也可以很好吃的哩。我就分享一个吃萝卜皮的好方法,酸脆爽口,不仅可以做为佐餐小菜,还是很不错的下酒小菜。关键是经过这个方法泡好的萝卜皮,一点辣味也没有了,只是保留了萝卜的清甜味,吃起来酸脆爽口,这个小菜是我的很喜欢,从白萝卜上市吃到现在,经常会泡了来吃的。尤其是用沙窝萝卜的皮浸泡出来的,脆度更高,味道也更好。泡好的萝卜皮,连俺家3岁的小孙子都自己夹着吃的欢哩。喜欢的亲,把你要扔了的萝卜皮留下来试试吧

Steps to make 酸脆萝卜皮

  • 1.萝卜洗净,把皮削下来,适当带一点果肉也可以。
  • 2.把切下来的萝卜皮放入玻璃密封盒里,也可以用其他容器,但要用陶瓷或者菠萝的容器,不能用塑料的。
  • 3.放一勺糖,我比喜欢太甜的,就一小勺糖,也可以多放点糖。
  • 4.倒入白醋。也可以用米醋,香醋,陈醋等。我平时爱用香米醋,这次是为了颜色好看才用了白醋。
  • 5.醋要没过萝卜皮,然后盖上盖子腌两天即可。
  • 6.腌制两天就可以吃了,多腌制几天也是可以的。这个碗下面的部分是我腌制了5天的,颜色稍微暗一些,上面的是腌制了2天的。这个醋在萝卜皮捞出后还可以再泡一到两次的。
  • 7.这个是用香米醋泡的,就是颜色暗一些,口感和味道都胜过白醋哩。
