Steps to make 蒜蓉粉丝蒸鲍鱼

  • 1.1、用温水将粉丝提前泡好,沥干水放盘中备用。
  • 2.2、鲍鱼洗净,用刀取出鲍鱼肉,去掉内脏,表面打上花刀。
  • 3.3、鲍鱼肉重新装入壳内摆在粉丝上,取一小碗调汁,先倒入料酒。
