野葱香肠面包
3.15又曝光了好多面包房,看到了觉得好可怕,还是自己动手做面包吧!关键吃着放心,其实自己会做面包了,觉得做面包一点也不难,而且还能按照自己的口味随意添加自己喜欢的食材,这次的香葱我放了野葱,烤的时候满屋葱香味,烤好立马干掉了一个,唇齿间还留有淡淡的葱香味。

  • 高筋面粉200g
  • 低筋面粉50g
  • 绵白糖20g
  • 酵母3g
  • 70g
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 黄油20g
  • 3g
  • 热水40g
  • 香肠6根

Steps to make 野葱香肠面包

  • 1.取40克高粉加入35克热水拌匀
  • 2.将清水、鸡蛋放入面包桶内,再加粉类,糖和盐对角分开放,中间放酵母。拌好的20克高粉放入面包桶内(鸡蛋留一小部分蛋液,将面包桶装入面包机内,启动和面程序
  • 3.一个程序结束后,加入软化的黄油,再次启动和面程序,至面团出膜
  • 4.收圆,放在温暖处发酵,温度不同,发酵时间也会不同,中途多观察,天冷的话可以用机器发酵
  • 5.发酵至2-2.5倍大,发酵好的面团,手指蘸水戳一个孔,孔如不回缩说明已经发酵好了
  • 6.将发酵好的面团取出分成6份,滚圆盖上保鲜膜松弛20分钟。
  • 7.取一面团擀成椭圆形
  • 8.放上火腿肠
  • 9.然后包起来,把收口捏紧,用小刀切成片,底部不要切断
  • 10.然后用手把火腿片和面片左右往外翻
  • 11.做好的面包放入烤盘内,放温暖处发酵至两倍大
  • 12.刷上鸡蛋液,把小葱撒在面包上
  • 13.放入预热烤箱180°,,中层烤约15分钟至表面金黄色即可
