Steps to make 蒜油鲈鱼

  • 1.主料: 鲈鱼
  • 2. 把鲈鱼去鳞、去腮、去内脏,收拾干净。
  • 3. 把蒜切粒。
  • 4. 把鲈鱼均匀划刀,考虑蒸锅大小,便于蒸制,从中间剁开。
  • 5.将鲈鱼分别放于盘中,用筷子垫起。
  • 6.锅烧开水,把鲈鱼分上下两层放置。
  • 7. 旺火,蒸制10分钟即可。
  • 8. 热油,放入蒜粒,小火炒制微微发黄。
  • 9. 把炒好的蒜粒和蒜油盛入碗中,加入生抽。
  • 10. 再加适量蚝油、盐。
  • 11.搅拌均匀,即成蒜油调味料。
  • 12. 把蒸熟的鲈鱼还原放入盘中。
  • 13. 均匀的浇入蒜油调味料。即可上桌品味。
