草莓蛋糕
看到我们美天上亲们做的奶油蛋糕都很漂亮,已经眼馋了好久,终于鼓足勇气做了第一个奶油蛋糕,真的不试不知道,原来奶油的打发没有那么难,还是很容易成功的,就是没有裱过花,只能简单的不能再简单的装饰了一下,但是我看到自己做的奶油蛋糕,还是很高兴的哦。。。

  • 鸡蛋4个
  • 牛奶70克
  • 玉米油40克
  • 白糖50克
  • 面粉80克
  • 奶油250克
  • 白糖25克

Steps to make 草莓蛋糕

  • 1.各种材料称重备用。
  • 2.把蛋清和蛋黄分开。
  • 3.蛋黄和牛奶玉米油搅拌均匀,加入面粉搅拌均匀。
  • 4.蛋白加上糖打发。
  • 5.把蛋白分三次加入到蛋黄糊中。
  • 6.上下翻拌均匀,放到模具中,使劲震几下,放到烤箱中。
  • 7.200度预热,上下火150度60分钟,烤好后拿出倒扣在烤网上晾凉。
  • 8.把凉透的蛋糕从中间切开。
  • 9.奶油加入白糖打发。
  • 10.把草莓切粒,加入打发的奶油。
  • 11.抹到蛋糕上。
  • 12.盖上另一片蛋糕,抹上奶油。
  • 13.第一次抹,不平呀。
  • 14.用裱花嘴做简单的装饰,把草莓从中间切开,点缀即可
