Steps to make 香辣花甲

  • 1.将买回的花甲滴入几滴油、一匙盐,浸泡半小时。
  • 2.浸泡好的花甲冲洗几次,抓洗干净。
  • 3.准备葱姜蒜末、青红辣椒粒、金不换。
  • 4.煮开一锅水,倒入料酒、盐,将花甲焯水。
  • 5.壳张开后捞起备用。
  • 6.起锅热油,放入葱姜蒜末爆香。
  • 7.加入一勺豆瓣酱。
  • 8.炒出红油。
  • 9.倒入花甲。
  • 10.翻炒至均匀入味。
  • 11.加入适量的水,盖盖焖两分钟。
  • 12.开盖后,倒入料酒、酱油、蚝油、水淀粉煮开,再放入青红椒粒和金不换。
  • 13.翻炒均匀。
  • 14.出锅前撒上葱花即可关火。
  • 15.成品,香香辣辣特开胃下饭。
