Steps to make 油焖大虾

  • 1.准备做油焖大虾的佐料,把生姜30克切成丝,小葱30克切成小段,准备一个小碗,加上胡椒粉2克、白糖18克、生抽25克、料酒30克搅拌均匀,番茄沙司准备好。
  • 2.用剪刀把虾枪、虾须剪掉,把虾的背部剪开,用牙签把虾线取出来,在烹饪的过程中更加入味。
  • 3.锅烧热倒入花生油30克,油温5成热的时候,把虾放进去两面煎5分钟。
  • 4.5分钟之后,加上切好的姜丝、葱段继续翻炒均匀,炒出香味。
  • 5.再把调好的料汁倒进去。
  • 6.把番茄沙司放进去,放番茄沙司可以让颜色更亮丽,口感更丰富,味道更好。
  • 7.撒上盐,小火焖5分钟,焖到汤汁变粘稠时出锅装盘即可。
  • 8.一定要等到料汁变粘稠,每个虾都沾上料汁再出锅,这样做出来的虾才会更香更入味。
