焖藕
这道焖藕是调料中的糖比醋多。焯好的莲藕要盖盖儿要焖, 要突出甜味酸味次之。

Steps to make 焖藕

  • 1.准备材料。
  • 2.将莲藕去皮清洗干净,切片备用。
  • 3.大葱切丝,生姜切丝。
  • 4.锅中加油小火爆香花椒,捞出花椒粒。
  • 5.取干净的盆加醋、盐、糖。将葱丝姜丝放一边将热的花椒油泼在上面。
  • 6.煮锅中加水将莲藕放入焯水。
  • 7.焯好的莲藕捞出控干水分,倒入调料盆中搅拌。
  • 8.搅拌均匀盖盖儿焖。中间再搅拌一次。
