Steps to make 美味黄焖鸡

  • 1.3个鸡腿,洗净切块。
  • 2.香菇温水泡发后洗净切片。
  • 3.黄焖鸡最经典的搭配就是青椒,另外可以加入家人喜欢的各种时蔬,切块备用。
  • 4.锅中放油,放入姜片炒香,放入鸡块,煎到两面金黄。接着放入料酒,酱油,八角,丁香等调味料。
  • 5.倒入70度左右的开水,没过鸡肉,加入土豆块、香菇、冰糖、盐煮开。
  • 6.去掉表面泡沫,小火炖30分钟。
