香兰肉松麻薯包
买了麻薯粉要做麻薯包,加了些香兰粉,增加些香草味,做出的麻薯包有淡淡的香草味道,很宜人。里面还加了孩子喜欢的肉松馅,都是孩子喜欢的。俺家宝贝带了两个小朋友来家里玩,做好后一会儿就被他们吃光啦。

  • 麻薯粉175g
  • 纯牛奶70g
  • 黄油38g
  • 鸡蛋55g
  • 肉松60g
  • 黑芝麻6g
  • 香兰粉5g

Steps to make 香兰肉松麻薯包

  • 1.黄油隔温水融合。(黄油的添加方法有两种,一是直接融合加入,二是软化后加入再揉到面团里。我用了第一种。)
  • 2.把鸡蛋,牛奶加入黄油里,充分搅拌均匀。
  • 3.把斑斓粉和麻薯粉混合后过筛。
  • 4.混合过筛的麻薯粉倒入液体里,加一点黑芝麻。
  • 5.先搅拌成团再揉光滑。
  • 6.分成约30克的剂子。
  • 7.包入肉松。
  • 8.摆放到烤盘上。
  • 9.烤箱上火180度,下火170度,烤25分钟。
  • 10.烤好的麻薯包,有淡淡的香草味,还有肉松夹心,Q弹美味。
