椰香果酱软酥饼

  • 黄油90克
  • 奶粉20克
  • 细砂糖40克

Steps to make 椰香果酱软酥饼

  • 1.黄油软化后,加入细砂糖,打发至体积蓬松,颜色变浅;
  • 2.分2次将鸡蛋液加入黄油中,注意加入一次后彻底打发,使黄油和鸡蛋完全融合再加第二次;
  • 3.低筋面粉过筛,和奶粉、椰蓉混合;
  • 4.混合好放粉类倒入打发好的黄油中;
  • 5.先用刮刀拌匀,再用手揉成面团;
  • 6.面团可以平均分成4份,把一份面团铺在模具底部,用勺子背压平;
  • 7.把水果果酱铺在面团上;
  • 8.再取一个面团揪成小块,不规则的铺在水果果酱上,另2个面团同样方法完成,最后在可在表面撒上适量椰蓉,烤箱预热180度,放入模具,烤25分钟左右。
