Babao Zongzi

My family doesn't like meat dumplings, they feel too greasy. The combination of various legumes is not only nutritious but also light and delicious, without the satiety of pure glutinous rice dumplings. I personally prefer the unique fragrance of Thai fragrant glutinous rice, so I didn't use the commonly used round glutinous rice. It is indeed more fragrant than takeout, as evidenced by my son's non-stop eating state. My parents especially love it. This is a green food that is far away from the "three highs"! Because there are red dates, people who eat them lightly can eat them directly, and those who like to eat them are sweeter. They can dip them in sugar to eat.
