说起意大利,大家最先想到的一定是披萨和意面吧~~~O(∩_∩)O~
披萨我倒是经常烤,意面却做得少~~
今天这道【培根意面】不同于以往的“肉酱面”,清清爽爽,很适合节后饮食~~~

  • 意大利面200g
  • 培根90g
  • 黄油20g
  • 大蒜2瓣
  • 小米辣2个
  • 植物油3g
  • 3g
  • 细砂糖3g
  • 椰浆150毫升
  • 胡椒粉2g
  • 罗勒1g

Steps to make 【四川】培根意面

  • 1.将冷藏的培根去掉包装袋,切块;
  • 2.大蒜切成蒜片,小米辣切圈;
  • 3.煮锅里倒入适量清水,调入适量盐,油煮开后,放入意大利面煮熟;
  • 4.将煮熟的意大利面捞出,浸泡在凉开水里,然后捞出沥干水分;
  • 5.炒锅烧热,放入黄油炒化,放入蒜片,小米辣翻炒;
  • 6.放入培根翻炒;
  • 7.培根炒香后,倒入适量清水;
  • 8.调入少量细砂糖;
  • 9.淋入椰浆;
  • 10.汤汁烧开后,放入沥干水分的意大利面翻拌均匀;
  • 11.调入适量盐;
  • 12.调入适量胡椒粉;
  • 13.调入适量罗勒;
  • 14.翻拌均匀,关火,装盘。
