Steps to make 家庭版寿司

  • 1.黄瓜、胡萝卜、火腿切小颗粒备用。取鲜虾去皮、扇贝去壳洗净,用沸水煮熟(时间根据个人囗感掌握)。
  • 2.把切好黄瓜胡萝卜火腿粒加入少许沙拉酱拌匀。金枪鱼加入少许沙拉酱拌匀。取3个熟虾切碎与黄瓜粒加入少许沙拉酱拌匀。三文鱼切片备用,扇贝片开备用。
  • 3.把事先做好米饭握成团,用剪好的海苔条(5厘米宽长条)把饭团一周围上,分别加入拌好的金枪鱼黄瓜胡萝卜火腿、黄瓜虾肉。再取三文鱼、扇贝、虾包在饭团上即可。
  • 4.享受寿司的时刻了,少许寿司酱油芥末配上美味寿司,是多么美好呀!
