香菇酿肉

  • 小葱1颗

  • 老抽1勺
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 蚝油1勺
  • 料酒1勺

Steps to make 香菇酿肉

  • 1.猪肉剁成肉泥,放入葱姜末,蚝油老抽和适量盐,鸡蛋只要蛋清,顺时针搅拌五分钟上劲。
  • 2.香菇洗净剪掉根部。
  • 3.放适量肉馅用筷子压实。
  • 4.全部弄好后上蒸锅水开后大火蒸10分钟。
  • 5.蒸好后把盘子里的汤汁倒在碗里。
  • 6.碗里放入一勺蚝油,2勺水淀粉,适量盐搅拌均匀,倒在锅里小火煮开。
  • 7.把煮开的汤汁均匀的淋在香菇上就可以了。
