苔菜五花肉炖粉条
苔菜特征特性:
苔菜叶丛较直立,株高30~50厘米,叶片长椭圆形,为不规则羽状裂叶,叶色深绿,叶面皱缩,叶面茸毛较多,生长期为50-150天,单株重200-350克。花叶苔菜叶片较厚,冬性较强,抽苔稍迟,品质佳,少病虫,无公害蔬菜。

苔菜,是我们沿海地区一种时令小菜,在冬季末播种,春节的时候吃,我们当地人俗称为“老白”,为什么有这个称呼,现在也没有搞明白,不过这种菜也非常适合春天吃,它具有清热解毒和润肺利咽等功效。我们当地最常见做法是炖、热炒或做包子馅料都非常好吃。

    Steps to make 苔菜五花肉炖粉条

    • 1.苔菜
    • 2.粉条、五花肉、
    • 3.葱、姜、蒜、红椒
    • 4.粉条用温水泡发;
    • 5.葱、姜、蒜、红椒改刀备用;
    • 6.五花肉切片备用;
    • 7.锅中下水烧开,
    • 8.将苔菜入水中焯烫;
    • 9.焯烫好后入凉水过凉;
    • 10.将过凉的苔菜挤干水份,切成段状备用;
    • 11.锅中下油,放入五花肉片,小火煽焦;
    • 12.再放入葱、姜、蒜、红椒末炒香;
    • 13.倒入酱油烹香;
    • 14.迅速倒入开水;
    • 15.将粉条放入锅中,小火炖;
    • 16.最后将苔菜放入锅中,小火炖5分钟,
    • 17.加入盐调味即可。
