螃蟹萝卜煲
初秋,螃蟹又开始上季了,只是价格也随着双节即将来临也越发的贵了,有膏膏的螃蟹咱不能老吃,但是买买实惠的公蟹回来熬汤,味道也是一样的棒不是?

初秋干燥,给家人适时的当季食材做汤品也是很必须的。

白萝卜含丰富的维生素C和微量元素锌,有助于增强机体的免疫功能,提高抗病能力; 萝卜中的芥子油能促进胃肠蠕动和止咳化痰,增加食欲,帮助消化; 其中的淀粉酶能分解食物中的淀粉、脂肪、使之得到充分的吸收; 另外萝卜含有木质素,能提高巨噬细胞的活力,吞噬癌细胞。此外,萝卜所含的多种酶,能分解致癌的亚硝酸胺,具有防癌作用。

  • 螃蟹2只
  • 白萝卜一根
  • 蛋液一粒
  • 少许
  • 白胡椒粉一小勺
  • 料酒少许

Steps to make 螃蟹萝卜煲

  • 1.蛋液打入碗中
  • 2.螃蟹洗净去腮,开壳切四块
  • 3.姜切细丝,香葱切寸断
  • 4.白萝卜去皮切丝
  • 5.将螃蟹块沾下蛋液
  • 6.然后裹面粉(稍微压下去掉多余的粉)
  • 7.热锅热油将螃蟹块放入、煎至定型盛出
  • 8.另起锅小火爆香葱白和姜丝
  • 9.加入萝卜丝继续翻炒片刻
  • 10.加入水、料酒、鱼露,放上螃蟹烧开
  • 11.转小火焖10分钟左右,撒胡椒粉,香葱就好
