Steps to make 豆豉排骨煲

  • 1.所需材料
  • 2.先将排骨砍段,砍成2厘米左右的段,洗净滤干水份
  • 3.加入姜粒,葱白粒,蒜粒,豆豉,调味料:盐:5g、鸡粉:3g、生抽:3 g、蚝油:3g、白糖:3g、老抽:3g、生粉:10g、香麻油:2g
  • 4.戴上手套抓匀,并腌制静静腌制20分钟。
  • 5.开火把煲加热,加入30g的花生油,烧至8成热把腌制好的排骨依次铺到煲底盖上煲盖煎至2分钟再加入100ml的清水,用筷子搅拌均与盖上煲盖小火焗20分钟。
  • 6.最后待排骨充分收汁后加入葱花和香菜即可。
