蜜红豆吐司
前几天做了好多蜜红豆,蜜红豆做好可真不容易,不是煮过了成豆沙了就是煮的不够发硬,这次做的终于火候合适了,于是拿来做了蜜红豆吐司,效果不错,横切面就能看到蜜红豆的身影哈。

  • 酵母4g
  • 白糖20g
  • 黄油20g
  • 2g
  • 鸡蛋45g
  • 牛奶165g

Steps to make 蜜红豆吐司

  • 1.食材准备
  • 2.首先把300克高筋粉、45克鸡蛋、牛奶165克、酵母4克、白糖20克、盐2克放入厨师机内胆里。
  • 3.用厨师机和面10分钟
  • 4.然后加入20克黄油继续揉面15分钟直至揉到完全阶段出现薄膜即可。
  • 5.减面团整理一下盖上湿布发酵
  • 6.发酵到用手指蘸干粉戳个洞不回弹就表示发酵好了。
  • 7.将面团倒在案板上揉圆排气后平分三份,再揉圆盖湿布松弛10分钟。
  • 8.用擀面棍擀成长条
  • 9.把面皮上下三分之一都往中间折过来然后竖过来放置
  • 10.再擀成长条
  • 11.铺满蜜红豆按一下,再卷起来
  • 12.三个都卷好以后摆放在吐司模具里盖上保鲜膜二发
  • 13.二发到九分满刷蛋液
  • 14.放入180度预热好的烤箱内烤40分钟
  • 15.烤好后及时取出来脱模晾凉后密闭保存。
