缤纷巧克力水果蛋糕
朋友家公主生日给她做的蛋糕,爱吃水果所以加满了水果。
做蛋糕有时候真的和人生一样,没有彩排,每一刻都是现场直播,因为做之前都不知道下一步是什么样,而且每操作一步就不能更改。
这个蛋糕就是这样,所以有的步骤完全是可以互换顺序的,发出来也只是供大家参考。

  • 戚风蛋糕6寸8寸各1个
  • 细砂糖30克
  • 淡奶油300克

Steps to make 缤纷巧克力水果蛋糕

  • 1.淡奶油加细砂糖隔冰水用电动打蛋器打至奶油呈明显纹络不流动状,提起打蛋器头有坚挺的角即可
  • 2.裱花转台上放上蛋糕底托,四周垫上油纸,放上8寸戚风蛋糕片,用奶油抹面抹平,然后在中间放上水果丁,面积大概比6寸戚风稍大一点点就可以了。(水果一定要吸干表面水份再切)(看过成品的就知道其实这步直接铺满水果就可以的,一开始是打算四周摆整颗草莓的,所以才是在中间铺水果。后来草莓整颗不够摆加上大小不一所以还是加的水果丁)
  • 3.然后水果上面再抹一层奶油。(这层就是我所说的有点裸蛋糕的感觉)
  • 4.把6寸戚风放上面摆好
  • 5.继续抹面,表面和侧面抹平。(抹面这里我就不仔细说了,不会的可以参照我前几次发的奶油蛋糕里面的手法,再说我的抹面技术也不算完美)
  • 6.剩下的奶油加一点点粉色色素用打蛋器打匀
  • 7.用6齿花嘴装入裱花袋,粉色奶油装入裱花袋中,以打圈的手法挤出一圈花花
  • 8.在接口处加上珍珠糖
  • 9.底下一层用彩色巧克力豆围一圈,上面6寸戚风的侧成贴上杏仁片,可用镊子蘸一点奶油然后粘住杏仁片贴上去。(巧克力豆最好是挑小一点的,这个太大太重,到后来有点挂不住)
  • 10.然后再在底层的四周和上面摆满水果
