黄金绿豆酥
今天婆婆在那里念叨,说那天做的那个肉松饼很好吃,就是肉松太多了,她觉得吃着不得劲,但是那个皮很好吃。嗨,这有啥难的,立即动手,还是那个黄金的皮,包成豆沙馅,老太太一定满意。做好后果然合她的口味,于是把做好的特意放冰箱几个,每天拿出来一个给她做加餐吃。

Steps to make 黄金绿豆酥

  • 1.用面包机做的绿豆馅,味道很不错,糖也不是很多,适合老人吃
  • 2.把绿豆馅用长方形模具成型,我同时还做了几个红豆馅的。
  • 3.做黄金水皮:把胡萝卜汁和油一起搅拌均匀
  • 4.加入高筋粉和成水皮
  • 5.做油皮:黄油隔水融化加入面粉和成油酥皮
  • 6.和好的油皮和水皮均饧半小时以上,饧好后把水皮揉至光滑再饧几分钟。
  • 7.水皮压扁包裹油皮
  • 8.先用擀面杖压均匀,再擀开
  • 9.上下对折压一下
  • 10.再左右对折
  • 11.饧一会儿再擀开,重复折叠的两个步骤,共做3次
  • 12.最后擀成长方形,厚度约2毫米的片。切成小的长方形。
  • 13.取一个酥皮,包入豆沙馅.接口压严实,
  • 14.收口朝下,
  • 15.红豆的也是同样方法包
  • 16.放入铺了油纸的烤盘中,表面扎小眼儿,以防止烤的时候爆裂。这一步一定要做的,因为豆沙的最易爆裂哦。
  • 17.烤箱160度预热5分钟,入烤箱烤20分钟
  • 18.烤好的豆沙酥,有一个红豆的边上还是有的涨了,还好没有爆裂。皮很薄,自己做的馅料很放心哦。
