营养美味的——【炖鲅鱼】
昨天周末,儿子中午回家吃饭,虽然儿子不太喜欢海鲜,但是为了营养我还是要做给他吃,现在开海了,新鲜的小鲅鱼比比皆是,三块钱买了一条,做给他试试吧,没想到人家把汤都喝光了。儿子说老妈你的厨艺见长啊,怎么做的这么好吃啊?我觉得是我做的少而精的缘故,以前做就一大碗,吃着成了负担,怎么能让他爱吃,做的味道好是一方面,数量少让他还想吃,这不这小子中计了,说老妈你回头再做这道炖鲅鱼哈,没吃够呢!

Steps to make 营养美味的——【炖鲅鱼】

  • 1.新鲜的鲅鱼一条
  • 2.洗净去内脏和两边的鳃,切成块
  • 3.香菜切碎,葱切丝,打算切片,姜切丝,红辣椒切段,将所有的调料放小碗中搅匀。
  • 4.锅加热后倒入花生油适量,将花椒、大料放进锅内爆香。
  • 5.然后放入葱姜蒜继续爆炒
  • 6.把鱼块放进去煎一两分钟
  • 7.倒进碗里的调料,翻炒一下
  • 8.加水,没过鱼最好,大火烧开小火盖盖子焖一会
  • 9.焖到汤汁粘稠
  • 10.加入辣椒和香菜出锅
