Steps to make 猫头鹰蛋糕

  • 1. 准备材料
  • 2. 黄油室温软化,加入黑巧克力隔水融化,不停搅拌成液体
  • 3. 白糖倒入碗里,加入鸡蛋用蛋抽将鸡蛋打散,再加入牛奶搅拌均匀
  • 4.低筋面粉、可可粉混合过筛,筛好后加入鸡蛋牛奶液中搅拌均匀
  • 5.再倒入黄油巧克力液搅拌均匀,搅拌成巧克力面糊即可
  • 6.将搅拌好的面糊装入裱花袋,挤入纸杯中(中号纸杯,8分满)
  • 7.放入预热好的烤箱中烘烤,上火180度,下火150度,烤25分钟左右
  • 8. 猫头鹰眼睛做法:取黑,白巧克力圆片各一片,(白巧克力圆片稍小些)将两片重叠在一起,在白巧克力上粘一颗黑巧克力豆做成眼珠即可
  • 9.烤好巧克力蛋糕后,自然冷却,在蛋糕表面涂上巧克力液
  • 10.将做好的眼睛粘上,在两只眼睛下方再粘上一颗黄色的巧克力豆做成鼻子即可
