Steps to make 笋干烧肉

  • 1.笋干。
  • 2.清水泡发1个小时。
  • 3.再用高压锅压半个小时。
  • 4.五花肉入锅焯水5分钟,捞起后清洗干净,切成块。
  • 5.青椒红椒切块,蒜剥成粒不用去皮。
  • 6.锅中放少许油,五花肉入锅煸炒。
  • 7.煸出油脂后,放入蒜粒炒香。
  • 8.倒入笋干。
  • 9.加入盐、酱油、老抽、料酒、胡椒粉、十三香、糖,翻炒入味。
  • 10.加入与食材平面的清水,中火焖15分钟。
  • 11.水分收干后放入青红椒块,大火翻炒。
  • 12.最后放入蚝油、鸡精提鲜调味后出锅。
  • 13.成品。
