千层豆沙小面包
一直想要做个豆沙馅的面包,甜甜的,软软的,千层豆沙小面包,方子来自梅姐姐的千层豆沙小卷,操作简单,极易上手,而且口感与味道相当不错。

  • 高筋面粉250克
  • 3克
  • 牛奶150克
  • 豆沙120克
  • 白砂糖25克
  • 干酵母粉3克
  • 黄油25克

Steps to make 千层豆沙小面包

  • 1.准备材料。
  • 2.将高筋面粉、白砂糖、盐、干酵母粉、牛奶放入面包机中。
  • 3.将面团揉成团后,加入黄油。揉好后的面团发酵至2倍左右。
  • 4.发酵好的面团排气,滚圆,松弛15分钟。
  • 5.将面团擀开成长方形,将豆沙放入中间。
  • 6.对折包起。将面团三折一次。再将面团擀压至2厘米厚。
  • 7.再次对折成四折。松驰15分钟。
  • 8.将面团分割成8条。
  • 9.取1个长条,用两手分别捏住两头,然后双手向相反方向扭。
  • 10.扭成麻花状
  • 11.放在chefmade学厨 金色方形8连杯里进行最后的发酵。
  • 12.最后发酵结束,表面刷蛋液,预热烤箱180℃,上下火,烘烤30分钟左右。
