广式素心月饼

Steps to make 广式素心月饼

  • 1.这是我买的现成的五仁馅。
  • 2.饼皮材料混合揉成团,盖上保鲜膜放置1个小时(材料大合照找不到了,大家多包涵)。
  • 3.馅料分成70g/个,这是五仁馅的。
  • 4.别人都用蛋黄做心,我用这个——蜜枣哈。
  • 5.白色的馅料是大云豆滴,把蜜枣包入。
  • 6.把馅料放在保鲜袋很容易就成圆型。
  • 7.十个球球。
  • 8.面皮团成10个小球,一个重量大约25g左右,开始包了,要用两只手,图片就照不了,看着面陷悬殊大,可还是很容易包的,手上沾些粉防粘,把皮一点点往上推,力度要均匀。
  • 9.包好啦,不是太均匀,嘻嘻。
  • 10.用模具压好,我的模具是125g的,所以月饼有些薄,用100g的模具最好。
  • 11.烤好啦,放凉密封,回油了再吃。
  • 12.这个烤的比较满意。
  • 13.这个也还可以,涂蛋液时不要贪多,太厚就把花纹填平了,影响美观。
  • 14.看我的素心,还是很不错滴。
  • 15.是无核的蜜枣哈。
  • 16.五仁的,太甜了!试验证明:绝对是自己做的馅好吃。
