Steps to make 香橙蒸蛋

  • 1.食材:鸡蛋,鲜橙,白糖
  • 2.把橙子洗净,用手轻轻按压几下
  • 3.从三分一之处切开
  • 4.挤出橙汁
  • 5.用小勺轻轻挖出果肉,挖出橙盅,注意不要把橙皮弄破了
  • 6.鸡蛋打入在碗中
  • 7.和入橙汁,加上白糖打散,打匀
  • 8.过筛倒入橙盅内,七分满即可
  • 9.盖上保鲜膜,用牙签扎几个小孔
  • 10.上蒸锅,中火蒸8分钟
  • 11.成品,很嫩很香
