韩式海鲜葱饼
今天要跟大家分享另一道韩国最常见的家常美食--韩式海鲜葱饼。

Details of ingredients

  • 普通面粉30g
  • 炸粉30g(可用普通面粉代替)
  • 120ml
  • 2g
  • 细葱10根
  • 海鲜 (虾,鱿鱼,贻贝等)150g
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 辣椒1-2个(可省)
  • 4-5勺
  • 面粉 (搅拌葱用)10g
  • 酱油2勺
  • 半勺
  • 芝麻油半勺
  • 芝麻粒少许
  • 葱末 辣椒(调料用)少许

Steps to make 韩式海鲜葱饼

  • 1.细葱切成3等分,倒入面粉,跟葱搅拌均匀,这样海鲜葱饼里的葱才不会跟饼分离
  • 2.面粉,炸粉和水搅拌均匀,没有炸粉可以用普通面粉来代替
  • 3.加入盐
  • 4.调中火,锅热了加入两三勺油,等油热了先倒入葱煎3分钟左右
  • 5.接下来倒入面糊
  • 6.把准备好的海鲜挤出水分
  • 7.放在面糊上
  • 8.打好一个鸡蛋倒在表面上
  • 9.按喜好加点辣椒,盖上锅盖,煎15-20分钟直到底面完全熟
  • 10.等一面熟了,用盘子盖上锅盖翻过来继续煎另一面,煎15分钟左右
  • 11.碗里倒入酱油,醋,芝麻油,芝麻粒,葱末等等后搅拌均匀
  • 12.另一面煎好了再翻过来装盘子,让放了海鲜那一面朝上
  • 13.最后切成小块,沾一下事先做好的调料食用哦~~~
