紫薯紫米红豆月饼

话说我今年没吃够月饼自己做点吧,自己做的吃着放心,所有材料都是无添加
紫薯买了好多,怎么好吃怎么来,今天用它做主陷,还放了红豆,紫米

  • 中筋面粉150克
  • 紫薯100克
  • 红豆少许
  • 紫米少许
  • 奶粉26克
  • 转化糖浆80克
  • 糯米面少许
  • 鸡蛋一枚
  • 砚水1:4的量

Steps to make 紫薯紫米红豆月饼

  • 1.准备的食材,一部分
  • 2.紫薯提前蒸好
  • 3.砚水
  • 4.转化糖浆放入调好的“砚水”
  • 5.放入适量油搅拌均匀
  • 6.把面粉和奶粉一起放进去搅拌均匀
  • 7.揉成团,醒一个小时“放冰箱冷藏也可以”
  • 8.然后然后紫薯也蒸好了,放入白糖红糖搅拌均匀(根据自己口味红糖放不放都可以)
  • 9.然后把提前蒸好的红豆紫米放紫薯里在放入少许糯米粉搅拌和成团
  • 10.我用的50克月饼模子紫薯:35克每个皮:15克每个
  • 11.然后包起来,用模子刻出来
  • 12.是不是很美丽呢,烤箱提前预热180℃预热
  • 13.把月饼放进去烤5分钟后定型取出
  • 14.刷蛋液在放进去,上下烤200℃烤15分钟
  • 15.回油后更美更好吃,咬一口下入浓浓的香味扑鼻。
