芝麻汤圆和巧克力汤圆

Steps to make 芝麻汤圆和巧克力汤圆

  • 1.芝麻粉与糖粉拌匀。
  • 2.加入溶化的黄油拌匀。(这方子少油少糖,馅不流心。想要流心的效果,请多加黄油。黄油和猪油都行的。)
  • 3.捏成8-10克的圆球,放冰箱冷藏备用。(分了32个。)
  • 4.糯米粉慢慢加入滚水,用筷子搅拌成絮状。
  • 5.戴上一次性手套,揉成光滑的面团。(不同牌子的糯米粉吸水量不样,太干加水,大软可加粉,我用了350克滚水。)
  • 6.把面团分15-17克的小剂子,取一小剂子捏扁,包入芝麻馅,搓圆。
  • 7.剩下的面团包了巧克力馅。(用了truffles巧克力,大小刚好,非常好吃。)
  • 8.全部包好。(共包了46个,圆的芝麻馅,有尖尖的巧克力馅。)
  • 9.红糖姜糖水煮开备用。
  • 10.把汤圆放入开水锅煮开。
  • 11.汤圆浮起来继续煮1-2分钟即可。
  • 12.姜糖汤圆,甜甜蜜蜜,暖心暖胃。
  • 13.芝麻馅。
  • 14.巧克力馅。
