红酒烤羊排
用红酒烤羊排是我第一次做,想尝试一下西式的吃法,加了黑胡椒粉后总觉得缺少点什么,于是又加了自制的剁椒酱,中西结合,真正非常适合自己的口味,在一次美食活动中,美食大咖说的,美食不管是东方还是西方,味觉还是占主体地位的,所以,不管是不是真正的西式做法,关键是要做出适合自己味觉的美食来。今天这个红酒烤羊排,我就是根据自家的味觉结合中西做法,做出来的成品真的是超级赞的!
红酒是我自己做的,剁椒酱也是我自己做的,两种材料融合来烤这个羊排,远远就闻到红酒的醇香,剁椒的红红艳艳加上撒的少许熟芝麻,格外给人增添食欲,咬上一口,细细品味,肉香、椒香、酒香,完美融合,没有一点点羊肉的膻味,而是舌尖的五味享受......

Steps to make 红酒烤羊排

  • 1.准备好原材料
  • 2.羊排切成块
  • 3.羊排里加入适量盐、黑胡椒粉、自制剁椒酱,抓匀
  • 4.加入红酒,按压羊排,使其完全浸没在红酒中,腌制一个小时
  • 5.烤盘上铺好锡纸,将羊排倒入,连同红酒一起倒入,锡纸的周围要卷起,以防渗漏
  • 6.放入预热的烤箱中层,上下火,200度,烤40分钟
  • 7.中途将羊排翻一面
  • 8.出炉了,撒上熟芝麻,配上洋葱丝吃,既营养又解油腻
