家常豆腐
好吃莫过家常菜,普通的食材,简单的做法,做出自己喜欢的家常菜来。豆腐的做法有很多种,女儿都喜欢吃,但这样子先煎后焖加了蕃茄酱的豆腐女儿最爱吃。

Steps to make 家常豆腐

  • 1.材料图
  • 2.彩椒切块,豆腐切块,杏鲍菇切片,香菜姜切碎。
  • 3.用蕃茄酱,生抽,水,盐,加淀粉调一个料碗。
  • 4.炒锅倒油烧热后下豆腐块。
  • 5.中小火慢慢的将豆腐煎黄,我把杏鲍菇片也围边上去了。
  • 6.豆腐因为受热问题,有的会先黄,用筷子挑着翻,谁先黄翻谁,两面都黄后可以跟其它的换下位置。
  • 7.差不多都焦了后将杏鲍菇推在一起炒炒。
  • 8.然后将菜推至一边,加油炒香姜丝。
  • 9.下黄椒块翻炒。
  • 10.加一点水,加盖焖一会儿。
  • 11.开锅后倒入调好的芡汁。
  • 12.放上香菜段,收汁出锅。
