冰皮月饼
中秋节快到了,如今的食品添加剂太多,而且月饼热量也高,吃两口就饱了,想想今年自己做,吃多少做多少,头一次做,为了保险起见,我直接买的冰皮粉,省时又好吃。

  • 紫薯1个
  • 蜂蜜1勺
  • 牛奶3ml

Steps to make 冰皮月饼

  • 1.准备冰皮粉,这是我在网上买的
  • 2.紫薯—将紫薯洗净上锅蒸熟备用。
  • 3.蜂蜜
  • 4.制作月饼模具(50g)
  • 5.将冰皮粉倒入容器中,加入85度以上热水搅拌成块,放置至室温。
  • 6.将蒸好的紫薯切碎成泥,加入1匙蜂蜜、2-3匙纯牛奶,不需要加糖,因为紫薯本身就是甜的。如果特别爱吃甜食的同学,可以加入适量细沙糖。
  • 7.将放置室温的冰皮粉揉至光滑
  • 8.搓成大小均匀的小丸儿待用(大小是根据月饼模具大小而定)
  • 9.将拌好的紫薯泥同样揉成与冰皮粉大小的小丸儿
  • 10.把刚才备好的冰皮球压成饺子皮样,紫薯球放在冰皮内包起来揉圆
  • 11.然后放入模具内压出花形即可
  • 12.做好的冰皮月饼盖上保鲜膜放入冰箱,冷藏数小时后食用口感更佳!
  • 13.这是冷藏一小时后的,入口糯糯的,凉凉的,夹着紫薯的香甜……太棒了!
