春饼
说实话,春饼之前还真没做过,总觉得不容易做好,饼太薄,怕稍不留神就烙糊。不过,今天我用了“松下IH电磁加热电饭煲”来烙制,便可以边擀面皮边烙饼,一点都不会感到手忙脚乱,而且,锅里的饼始终都不会烙糊,这对于我这个新手来说是再好不过的了。烙出来的饼筋道有嚼劲,再卷上土豆丝别提有多美味了~~

Steps to make 春饼

  • 1.面粉中倒入开水,并用筷子不停搅拌
  • 2.搅拌成面絮
  • 3.用手将面絮揉成光滑的面团,盖上保鲜膜放置30分钟以上
  • 4.将面团分成20g一个的小剂子
  • 5.取一个剂子按扁后刷一层油
  • 6.再取一个剂子按扁后,盖在有油的剂子上
  • 7.用擀面杖将饼擀成薄薄的圆饼
  • 8.按下”功能选择“按键
  • 9.选择”蛋糕“,再按下”开“按键
  • 10.预热1分钟后将饼放入,并闭合外盖
  • 11.大约2分钟后将饼翻面继续烙2分钟
  • 12.出锅后,沿着饼的边缘撕开,便是2张薄薄的春饼啦
  • 13.随意卷上你爱的菜菜就可以开吃啦!
