  • 1.老母鸡洗净
  • 2.斩成小块洗净血水沥干待用
  • 3.准备调料
  • 4.锅洗净烧热倒入适量油,放入花椒和八角炸香
  • 5.放入鸡肉翻炒
  • 6.鸡肉会出很多的水,一定要把水炒干
  • 7.炒至鸡肉微焦
  • 8.倒入适量清水
  • 9.转入砂锅中放入葱姜
  • 10.烧开大火煲20分钟转小火
  • 11.小火煲1个小时放入适量盐。继续煲20分钟即可中间记得看一下水分,如果水少了要添加适量开水,以免煮干水分
