Steps to make 冬瓜薏米老鸭汤

  • 1.食材洗净,冬瓜切块,老鸭剁块。
  • 2.冷锅倒入冷水,放入2片姜,料酒、鸭肉大火烧开煮3分钟,去除血水浮沫。
  • 3.捞出清洗干净待用。
  • 4.取一小口大砂锅,放入鸭肉、薏仁米、白茯苓、玉米须、姜片、红枣、倒入冷水超过食材10—15公分。大火烧开转小火慢炖一小时,放入冬瓜继续炖20分钟关火,加盐、鸡精、葱花调味即可。
