女孩心中都有一个公主梦,那男孩心中的梦就是汽车梦了……

  • 淡奶油900g
  • 玉米油70g
  • 鸡蛋8个
  • 细砂糖90g
  • 蓝莓果味粉20g
  • 柳橙果味粉10g

Steps to make 小汽车

  • 1.蛋清分离(记得打蛋盘中一定要无水无油!)
  • 2.蛋黄里加入细砂糖,并搅拌均匀
  • 3.加入玉米油,并搅拌均匀
  • 4.加入纯牛奶,并搅拌均匀
  • 5.筛入低筋面粉,Z形抽拌,将面粉混合均匀,切记不要画圈搅拌哦……
  • 6.细砂糖分3次加入蛋清中打发
  • 7.打发至出现双小尖勾,即干性状态
  • 8.将1/3的蛋白加入到蛋黄糊里,并搅拌均匀,翻拌和切拌手法
  • 9.最后将蛋黄糊全部倒入剩下的2/3的蛋白里,并搅拌均匀
  • 10.倒入模具,刮一下面糊,让面糊平整点,并轻震2、3下
  • 11.烤箱150度提前预热10分钟,将模具放入烤箱最底层,150烤55分钟
  • 12.出炉轻震2、3下,倒扣2小时放凉
  • 13.圆模,直切下两边小半弧形并切走表面多余的,然后半弧形并排斜切,做小汽车上头部分
  • 14.车身切成3片
  • 15.其中一片,切两头边小半弧,然后中间长方形切成2份,再对照车头位置,切出多余的蛋糕,图中两边小方形是没有用的,多余的……
  • 16.剩下2片车身蛋糕片叠在一起,切去多余蛋糕,做出车的“小腰”
  • 17.650g淡奶油加65g细砂糖打发至全发做夹心和抹面
  • 18.一层蛋糕片,一层水果奶油夹心
  • 19.第二层是做车上身位置,所以水果放一半就可以了
  • 20.组装,汽车各部分小件,抹上薄薄一层淡奶油,并粘贴在各个位置上(步骤16的两长方形各拼在车前车后)
  • 21.给小汽车简单抹面放冷藏备用
  • 22.制作甘纳许画上汽车车窗,眼睛,车灯……等等的)甘纳许是黑巧克力与淡奶油1:1隔温水融合混合
  • 23.剩下的250淡奶油加25g细砂糖打发至6、7分发时,加入蓝莓果味粉后,打发至全发
  • 24.用6齿裱花嘴进行车身裱花……由于天气炎热,奶油化得比较厉害,原本用小6齿裱花的,今天用中号2D6齿,效果也是很赞哦……
  • 25.剩一点点淡奶油,加入柳橙果味粉进行调色
  • 26.填充数字并在车头盖上写上英文字
  • 27.四边贴上奥利奥饼干,充当车轮
  • 28.小汽车完成了!成品美美哒!
