绿豆粥:以粥养生度长夏
“清明高粱小满谷; 芒种芝麻夏至豆”。 中医认为在七八月间应多吃一些健脾的食物,尤其是三伏天要绿豆、红豆等具有健脾祛湿的功效的豆类,可以去除夏季积在体内的湿气。而夏季吃绿豆还有助于清热解毒,缓解中暑。

李时珍认为“粥与肠胃相得,最为饮食之妙”。夏天用弱碱性绿豆熬一碗大米绿豆粥或小米绿豆粥,清凉之余还能调节身体的酸碱平衡,当真是最合时宜的首选佳品。
